Taiwan Celts GAA

A few months ago, I was fortunate to re-visit Taiwan after a long interlude. Taiwan is an island less than half the size of Ireland situated in the West Pacific between Japan and the Philippines. The country has a population of about 24 million people and a thriving democracy rated near the top of the Freedom House Index.
As in most countries in the world there's an Irish community here and a pretty active GAA Club know as the Taiwan Celts. This was the first GAA Club to be founded in Asia back in 1995. I went along to one of their training sessions and spoke to several members who were busy training for the annual Asian Gaelic Games Tournament.
